1. What's new in v4.0?
   • Powerful scan:
     1. able to scan 1 million files at one single scan (fixed out of memory error)  - it requires 1-2 days.
     2. fix stack overflow error

2. Pricing: What is the difference between pricing model of v4.0 and v3.x?
   When you buy v3.x, you can get free upgrades to minor upgrade e.g. v3.1, v3.2 but not major upgrade e.g. v4.0. 3 months grace period is given to free major upgrade for customers bought within 3 months before release of major upgrade (v4.0 was released on 12 Aug 2006).
   In v4.0, 1 year subscription of free upgrades regardless of minor or major was introduced. 1 year upgrade subscription protects your right to get free upgrades within 1 year.
3. Pricing: Why does upgrade to enterprise (US$59.9) seem to be more expensive than buying a new v3.2 NoClone enterprise edition(US$48.8)?
   As mentioned in Q2, the old way to differentiate two types of customers can fit the current computing environment because many users have their own home/small office network. So if you scan at most 3 network paths, you can upgrade to v4.0 home edition. However, if you have to run on Windows server and have a large scan of network, you have to upgrade enterprise edition. However, it is still cheaper than new customers because they have to pay US$79.9. NoClone 4 is more powerful than v3.2 so the new pricng is justified.

   The changes were introduced because many home users have their home network, so home edition in v4.0 allow scanning max. 3 network paths. Home users will not use server operating system like Windows server 2003, so this way differentiates two groups of users more accurately.
5. Where is zero file and same-name?
   Click Define... link button to define your search by file size or duplicate definition. In addition, you can search large files to know which file take up the most disk space.
6. Where is simple fuzzy match / truncated files search?
   Not yet available in v4.0, these two features will be grouped together in next release.
7. How about sorting?
   Because sorting will break duplicate grouping, so, no sorting is implemented in v4.0. If you need to sort by file size, the default sorting by duplicate group ID will basically align with ascending file size. Some users request to sort by folder which will break duplicate grouping, so it can be dangerous because all files in a duplicate group may be marked. 8. What have been changed in Smart marker?
   If you mark using more than 2 criteria in v3.x or before, OR operator will be applied between criteria. In v4.0, if you mark by more than 2 criteria, AND operator will be applied. Moreover, "Mark all except one" feature mark all files and leaving one copy for those users not care which files will be removed but keeping one master copy.
9. Where is search area/target?
   v4.0 has a better presentation for this feature, you can specify two groups of folders to compare folders (search target) against master folders (search area). Click Compare against master folders to specify a list of master folder collection to be compared.
